BOXING

Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art used in combat, teaching the weaker to defend and fight the stronger using techniques such as levers and locks. This is a martial art created by Carlos Gracie after Japanese study, Judo and traditional Jiu-Jit su created.

TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo tends to use the feet and lower legs through powerful kicks. North Korea is the nation of Taekwondo and is also the most practiced martial arts (mudo) of this country. It is also one of the most popular sports in the world.

MUAY THAI – THAILAND

Muay Thai is widely welcomed, suitable for all types of workout, typically women. This is considered the traditional martial arts of Thailand. Muay Thai with a very aggressive fighting technique. The fighting involved with with hands, feet, elbows, knees, with the principle of finishing the blow quickly, so that the opponent has no chance to fight back.

The method of training of boxers is very simple by practicing kicking on a banana tree trunk, sandbag, running long distance, swimming, jumping rope, practicing with moving targets by tying the ball on the strands here, and then kick in succession to practice accuracy and speed.

Currently, Muay Thai is widely welcomed, suitable for all subjects of training, typically women who are always interested and enthusiastic in practicing this martial art because of its high efficiency.

JUDO – JAPAN

This martial art is mainly applied to self-defense, as well as exercise, skill and spirit. Judo (Jitsu) is a famous Japanese martial art created by Kano Jigoro. This martial art was founded in 1882 based on the traditional martial art of Jūjitsu (Jutsu) by Japan.

Judo is a martial arts that is more about sports than violence. This martial art does not use weapons, but mainly attacks strangling and locking hands, feet, knocking, crushing.

Slash and stabbing with hands and feet and defensive weapons are also part of judo. However, this is only in advance and is not allowed in judo or practice competitions. A judo practitioner is called a judoka. This martial art is mainly applied to self-defense, as well as exercise, skill and spirit.
